99 Tales

Official website: Fervorrecords.com/99-tales

Ninety Nine Tales (also spelled 99 Tales) is a Sacramento folk/rock band that played live regularly in the 1990s and in the 2000s. Below is a memorable gig in which they opened for the Tattooed Love Dogs' CD release party in 1999 at Old Ironsides. The band's song "Thursday" gained airplay on alternative rock station KWOD 106.5 in the mid-nineties. The group consisted of Sean Schroeder on slide guitar, Vince Martini on guitar and vocals, Kim Martini on bass and David Hays on drums. "Diamond" is a standout song - one of the best melodic gems to ever come out of Sacramento.
