Sacramento Historian William Burg #6: Sacramento Community Events
SacTV.com "Video of the Day" review by Alex Cosper on August 28, 2012

In our final segment of six interviews recorded August 23, 2012, William Burg talks about the upcoming SOCA Home Tour 2012. The Sacramento Old City Association Home Tour takes visitors on a tour through several historic homes including the McClatchy Library, which was the home of the McClatchy family, who started the Sacramento Bee. The Home Tour this year will take place in Poverty Ridge near 22nd Street between U and V streets. It also includes acoustic music featuring Autumn Sky and several vendors. This short video represents the way local events should be promoted online. Burg is also involved with the upcoming Norcal Noisefest 2012, which celebrates experimental music.
