State Fair Theme Song: State Fair Fun

I did what I set out to do a week ago. I wrote a theme song for the state fair. I don't know if they'll
ever use it, but it's my tribute to the California State Fair, which I thought was pretty fun this year.
It was like a time machine, taking me back to earlier times. The first time I ever saw a live radio
broadcast was at Cal Expo in the August 1974 when I saw Gene Lane spit 45s from the Rock KANDIE (1460 KNDE)
van. I even remember the first record I saw him cue up: "Can't Get Enough of Your Love, Babe" by Barry White. It was the
first time I saw how radio was done and it was one of the early inspirations that led to my radio career.
I also made my first money at the state fair in 1976 at age 14, selling buttons of my hand drawn artwork.
The state fair brought back many great memories, so here's my tribute.
